TEKCAST’s heavy duty melting furnaces offer efficient and trouble-free operation in a range of sizes. Maximum temperature is 1000° F / 540° C. Manufactured and assembled in America utilizing Highest Quality components, assuring you years of trouble free operation. Each furnace assembly must pass our rigid 15 point quality control inspection.
These Industrial Quality Furnaces are intended for use with a variety of different casting metals, such as zinc, pewter, lead, and tin. As an extra feature, all our cast iron pots are graphite coated to provide a protective barrier, increasing pot life and preventing iron contamination of metal alloys.
Our Furnaces are available as a "Fully Wired Assembly" consisting of: A Furnace, Cast Iron Pot, Furnace Stand ( on 160 model), Robertshaw Gas Safety, Solenoid Valve, Auxiliary Pilot Burner, Flame Sensor 36", Automatic Digital Temperature Controller - MERCURY FREE! (A TEKCAST exclusive design) with a Thermolcouple (K-type) with SS Protection Tube and Heavy Duty Steel Mounting Bracket. We use only name brand components. Your unit comes completely set-up and ready to use with a 120 Volt 6 foot cord and 1/2 NPT gas connection.
