For use with Tin and Lead Alloys, this cleaning flux, in powder form, reduces dross build up floating on the surface of your furnace pot.
When used properly, it helps eliminate dross, oxides and contamination from you metal before casting. Easily mixed into the molten metal in your furnace pot, it separates the dross from the clean metal by changing it into a powder form that floats on top for easy removal with a dross skimmer ladle.
